What's it all about anyway?

Lisa Soldo-Johnson: Food and healthy living encompass not only what we eat, but how we eat and the choices we make. Often times an abundance of healthy food is all around us, yet we are uninspired to choose what is best because of our busy lives. And many times our choices are either taking us towards health or away from health. Learning to "eat to live for life", is all about understanding what food really is and the importance of making good choices. Since life is a journey of great discovery, I am excited to share with you information, recipes, ideas and insight that I encounter along the way.
